Warranty Policy

✅ Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on the following product categories:

• Faucet-Mounted Range

• Counter-Top Range

• Built-In Systems

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, starting from the date of purchase.

❌ What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. filter usage, discoloration, scratches, leak)

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

• Incompatibility with third-party plumbing systems or fittings

• Use of non-genuine or third-party replacement cartridges

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or overseas sources

| ⚠️ Use of cartridges from unknown sources will void the warranty.
| ⚠️ Products not purchased through our authorized retailers in Singapore are not eligible for warranty support.

📄 How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Email us at cleansui@btbtrading.com with:

   • Your Order Number

   • Product model and description of the issue

   • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

2. Our team will assess your request and advise on the next steps.

3. If approved, we may offer:

• A repair

• A replacement

• Or a refund, at our discretion

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

• We reserve the right to inspect and verify the product before approving any claim

• Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and accompanied by valid proof of purchase
