Undersink Model Orders

All undersink models include free agent delivery. After your purchase, our team will contact you to schedule delivery and, if requested, installation.

Please note:

• Installation is optional and charged separately. Pricing will be provided during scheduling.

• Timely delivery depends on successful communication. If we are unable to reach you, or if there is a delay in your response, your delivery or installation may be postponed.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We ship both locally within Singapore and to selected international destinations.
For overseas orders, courier fees will be quoted separately based on your location and order details. Please feel free to WhatsApp us at +65 9125 1984 or email us at cleansui@btbtrading.com before placing an international order so we can assist you with a custom shipping quote.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

📬 Delivery Issues or Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or high seasonal demand.

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the parcel has been dispatched.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

• If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee address updates will be processed in time if the order has already been prepared or shipped.

• In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect or outdated address, re-delivery fees may apply.

• During festive periods or peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume and courier demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
